A naval game. I pride myself in dominating the naval game in Sid
Meier's Civilization et al. Archipelago is a certain win up to and
including King. If they're going to have sailors then they should
have tidal waves and storms. There should be something unique about
naval units. As it is, they are just another creature but with
uniquely powerful abilities, but not very powerful.
