Amazing new super food

Not so much super food as super drink actually. I got some spam today offering me "Enlargement Pils."

Imagine what happens when you take a little can of Enlargement Pils out of the fridge and stroke it gently. First it thickens and swells up and grows to ten inches in length. Then the ring-pull bursts open and lets loose a shower of froth.
