It is a palindrome, which means that the letters from the end backwards
are the same as the letters from the start forwards. Other than that,
it is kind of a strange sentence since a cat and a car are usually
easily distinguishable. It is likely that this sentence refers to a
night time situation, where there is some human-animal spirit
transference. Additionally, there is animal-cat spirit transference
which is special because most people do not think of a car as having a
spirit.
