You can use the mp3tag Scripting Functions to map characters of the playlist's file name. However, you cannot denote the domain characters in question directly, because some nasty test checks for their occurence without considering the presence of Scripting Functions. You can work around this using e.g. $char().
Mp3Tag can be made portable using the amazing app called JauntePE. The registry is redirected to a folder in my pendrive and all configuration is always with me. I will use my "jaunterized" version until the mp3tag devolpers team release a portable official launcher
