Tonight, join the Academy of Muslim Achievement (AMA), a DC-based organization dedicated to building stronger bonds between Muslims and people of other faiths and beliefs, for its 6th Annual Wilson Building Community Sunset Feast (Iftar) with special guest D.C. Council Chairman Phil Mendelson. The event is from 7:30pm-10pm at the Wilson District Government Building, 1350 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20004.
Attendees can expect to enjoy a dinner catered by Red Torque Restaurant, located in Northwest Washington, DC and desserts from the local favorite, Sweet Tooth Bakery. Along with this, guests have an opportunity to network with good people, hear inspiring remarks from District offiicals, and recognize Askia Muhammad, WPFW News Director and other leaders serving the people of the District of Columbia.
