Hi there
My name is Ansor. We have knockouted a phyB gene in cotton via RNAi technology. And everything were succesful, by means of we have good results. But know I want to do this work via TALEN technology.
1. What's your opinion, is it better totally delete the phyB gene or is it enough doing a mutation at the beginning site of phyB gene?
2. And also I have no electroporation equipment, so can I do through other methods?
3. How can I check that TALEN is worked, is it simply doing as extracting DNA and PCR amplification with spesific primers or is it necessery doing a sequence?
