Our apologies for the extended downtime of the online TALE tool for generating reference sequences. I'm happy to announce that we've got the TALE tool back up and running. 

If you need to generate reference sequences for TALENs or TALE-TFs generated from the Zhang Lab's 2012 Nature Protocols paper on TALE assembly, please see the new tool here: http://taletoolbox.genome-engineering.org/

There are links directly on the TALE tool page for bug reporting. Or feel free to email me directly with any feedback or problems.
