Colony PCR or send for sequence

Hello,

I am on my 4th try with the Golden Gate protocol and trying to assemble my TALENs. Assuming that I am able to get white colonies this time, should I bother with colony PCR or just send to sequetech to confirm sequence? 

If you have done colony PCR with these before, did you have a particular brand or kit that worked best?
