Is TALENs tranfection a stable transfection

Hi all, 

I have transfected a set of TALENs arms in a squamous cell carcinoma cell line, the selection marker given in the vector map is blasticidine, my basic doubt is that I get few colonies after 1 month of selection and are the colonies which I am getting have stably integrated the plasmid/DNA 

I am very new in this , please suggest.
