Site fees

I don,t really know where to start moaning as there is a lot of things
currently going on at Talacre beach that concern me as an owner. For
now I will start by going on about the most recent increase in the
annual site fees. This is the fourth year we have paid our site fees.
When being shown around prior to buying we were advised that the site
fees generally increased by around about the rate of inflation. Since
then the fees have increased each year by 200 pounds and now by 244
pounds. By my reckoning thats an increase of 27% in 4 years. Is that
not a cheek or what? When I complained to my representative last year
about the increase in fees she actually asked me if had considered
upgrading to take advantage of a fixed site fees offer! This
extortionate increase in site fees each year is not reflected by any
improvement of facilities. Thats enough for now
