£1000 draw

Have been to the van for the weekend, forgot the draw was on. We had
no tickets as this year there didn't seem to be any about. Imagine our
suprise when certain people attended with wads of tickets. You can be
sure that they didn't come by them following the rules. Another case
of if your face fits.

Yeh - to confirm - lots spent in bar and restaurant over the past
couple of months - ticket count for me - ZERO!

To Be fair, we did have some tickets, but unfortunately not many this
year, think the rules were changed, you had to be in between 5 -7 on a
mon - fri. And a meal in restaurant at certain times. Which is
great if you need to work to pay your site fes. no win situation. We
had to prompt staff for them on most occassions, you would think they
were giving you the money themselves tho. But congratulation to who
ever did win. Come its christmas lets not be so bitter, we all in
same boat, we all made the same mistake we are all at Talacre.

Actually know who won the draw and to be quite honest, they'd be ones
to spend a fair amount in the club and in my opinion desrve the
honour.
They actually shared the pot between two caravan owners and put £100
behind the bar for staff and regulars they knew.

10% of their winnings behind the bar versus around 0.0005% of 1% of
the parks site fees income!

was not having a go at the person who won the draw, just the way the
tickets appeared to be distributed.
