What on earth is going on. You provide them with sensitive info and
they send an open email out for everyone to read!
Surely this is a direct breach of privacy and confidentiality despite
there being an attempt to recall the message.

Actually - a recount. 490 telephone numbers and email addresses
publically displayed in the email!!!
