Kaspersky Windows Server

Tryingto set up Kaspersky server on win server 2019 machine. Everything went ok, until I found that server's network had a Private type. After changing it back to domain, KSC became unaccessible from every PC in network, though all ports are opened for domain network too. Local kaspersky for winserver is visible in the console, port is listened but seems to be closed somewhere:

There's a Mikrotik router in network. I tried to telnet 192.168.0.100 13000 on both network machine and Mikrotik terminal, both returned connection failure on this port. Other services such as rdp or smb are continue to working. Firewall log doesn't tell anything about 13000 port drops, nmap tells port is filtered. Where is the **** problem?

I have two servers, the first one is windows server 2016, and the second is windows server 2019 with Kaspersky security center 12 installed.both servers won't start up the automatic startup services by itself, after restart or after a while of starting the services manually, it stops them.I've tried to reinstall windows, SFC/scan, install all windows updates, change the startup to delayed, nothing worksWindows Server 2016Windows Server 2019

I have Window Server 2019(2 VMS & 2 Physical Machines). I installed Kaspersky Endpoint Solution for windows server version 11.0.1. After reboot, it keeps giving ":APC Index Mismatch" error and keeps rebooting. It worked fine on windows server 2012 though.

I can't boot in except for "safe mode" and "safe mode with command prompt". I talked to Kaspersky Support Agent and they took remote session and they tried uninstalling kaspersky as it was the last thing that was installed before reboot, so I am pretty sure Kaspersky is causing the issue.

Then you must from the start menu find the "Kaspersky Modify/Uninstall" shortcut in the Kaspersky menu object. If you try to uninstall from the add/remove programs (appwiz.cpl) it gives you a warning.

It helps me, with same case.

But when i uninstall Kaspersky for Windows Server from start menu, in safe mod, i was have a problem.

Uninstaller can't stop service KAVFS, when status uninstalation stuck at step stoping servic KAVFS, i find in task manager process KAVFS, and kill them.

After this, Windows Server 2019 boota stabel

-Open Event Viewer, to check the information related to the last crash and the information for the faulty process or driver (should mention file with extensions EXE or SYS) and you can post it here for the community to help further, if next steps don't work)

-Update Windows, BIOS, Firmware and Drivers for your hardware from latest versions on the website of the manufacturer

-Cleanup WinSxS folder: -us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/clean-up-the-winsxs-folder?view=windows-11

-Attempt a repair of your windows image: -us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/repair-a-windows-image?view=windows-11

So when I try to connect the server to the SMTP or to a mailbox by IMAP / POP with the kaspersky protection activated it cuts the connection and when I turn it off it works perfectly, so the question I have is if I have to add some type of exclusion or enable a specific port so that it does not block me, the SMTP and IMAP / POP ports I have released.
