module imprimante reçu

Bonjour, quand je choisie l'imprimante de reçu "Méthode puissante", j'arrive bien à imprimer le reçu exemple dans l'onglé réglage des modelés. Mais quand je veux imprimer un nouveau reçu à partir du PDV il ne se passe rien.

une idée ?

Point of Sales module setup (TakePOS)  -> receipt ->  Dolibarr Receipt Printer (setup) ->  template Setup, here I can click to icon of printer for print one example ticket, it work. when I want to print a real ticket nothing happen. 

someone can help me ?
