People usually got wrong messages when they do "IPCC scenarios".
It is probably because they didn't do the setting or did the wrong setting.
So, if you have this, please try to do,
1. Make sure you have made a working folder and have files there. Don't make your working folder under desktop or other deep folder which will cause the file path problem.
2. Make sure you have done setting. After this, you will have "Basin.txt" in your working folder.
3. Make sure you have gave the right name for your inupt weather data for simulation in setting. Usually people forgot to give the extension name ".txt". Check your "basin.txt" to see if you did it right.
4. Make sure you are in the right working folder when you have done well previous steps.
