Somepeople from the modern era, have tried to remove this Jarh of Imam Ibn al-Mubarak from this Hadith, but the following Imams, and Muhadditheen have attributed this jarah on this hadith to Imam Ibn al-Mubarak:
Some people in the 14th century have refused from the Jarah of Imam Abu Dawud on this Hadith, and by collecting some mistakes of the author of Mishkat, they have decided that this Jarah from Imam Abu Dawud is his Wahem. Though, the following Scholars have attributed this saying to Imam Abu Dawud:
Acting upon the (sahih) ahadith of rafa yadain is superior, because they contain the confirmation, while this (the hadith of Sufyan) is negation. Thus confirmation will take precedence over negation due to it being excessive in knowledge.

7.Imam muhammad jo imam abu hanifa (r.h) k shagird the or vo rafadain nhi krte the lakin unhone ye hadees kbhi byaan nhi ki jbki tark rafulyadain ko sabit krne k liye unhe is hadees ki bahot zaroorat thi logo isse sabit hua ki Iraq me bhi is hadees ko koi nhi janta tha.
10.Imam ibne hibban ne to yaha tk likha hai ki ye Kufa valo ki sbse behtar daleel hai or haqeeqat me ye bhi bahot zaeef hai ki ispe bhrosa kiya ja sake isme bahot si kamiya hai jo ise jhoota bna deti hai (nainul aowtaar juz 2 pg.151) .

12.Is hadees k bare me imam Abubakar Bin Ishaq ne farmaya: ye hadees rafadain krne vali hadeeso k baraber nhi ho sakti kyunki rafadain krna huzoor se khulfaye rashideen se sahaba se tabai se or taba tabaeen se sahi taor par sabit hai or hazrat ibne masood (r.a) se is hadees ko btane me bhool ho jana koi bdi bat nhi kyunki unse or bhi bahot si bhool hui hai.. or fir unhone hazrat masood (r.a) ki 10 bhool ko ginaya jisme se ye bhool gyaravi (11th)bhool thi (behki jild 2)
Itne sare imamo or muhaddiseen k nazriyaat ka jaiza lene k bad pata chala ki ye ak zaeef hadees hai ispe amal nhi kiya ja skta or iske muqable me rafadain krne vali hadeese bilkul sahi or bahot zyada hai Allah hme rafulyadain krte hue namaz pdhne ki taufeeq ata farmaye aameen..
3.Imam Abu Hatim Al-Razi ne kaha: Yeh hadith khata (mistake) hain, kaha jaata hain kii (Sufiyan) Sori r.a ko is main waham hua hain kyun kii ek jamaat ne is ko Asim Bin Kaleeb say in alfaaz k saath bayaan kiya hain kii Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne nimaz sohru kiye, pas haath uthaye phir ruku kiya aur tatbeeq kiye aur apne haathu ko gutnu k darmeyan rakha, kise dosray ne Sori wale baat bayaan nahi kiya hain.Ilal Al-hadith, 1/96, Hadith no.258

Note: Is say maloom hua Imam Bukhari k nazdeek Sufiyan Sori r.a wali hadith mahfooz nahi hain aur Ibn Idrees r.a wali hadith mahfooz hain.

Imam Abu Hatim Al-Razi k qaul say saaf sabit hua kii wo Sufiyan Sori ko tabqa-e-Saniya say nahi samujte thy.

Abdula Ibn Mubarak r.a ne Hisham par koi rad nahi kiya kii yeh donu toh tanqa-e-saniya k mudalis hain aur aap tabqa-e-salasa k mudalis hain aur un ka khamosh rehna is baat ki taraf ishara hain kii unhu ne Hisham ki tarha Sufiyan Sori aur Amash ka mudalis hone tasleem kar liya tha ya wo Sufiyan Sori aur Amash ko b tabqa-e-salasa main say samujtay thy warna Hisham par zoroor rad kartay.
