This is a tutorial on how you can use ibis paint brushes (cuz the current update has 331 brushes lmao) on medibang paint pro. And before we proceed, NOT ALL MODIFIED BRUSH CAN TURN INTO A FANCY USEFUL BRUSH ONCE CONVERTED AS A MEDIBANG BRUSH, SOME MIGHT EVEN LOOK HORRIBLE AND USELESS ciao!

Anti-aliasing (anti-aliasing) is a function that smoothes the edges of images less noticeable. If you notice that your lines are jagged or messy looking, please check your anti-aliasing settings. (Click here for details on anti-aliasing)

Anti-aliasing can be switch on or off here (1) when the brush tool is selected. When a cross appears, it is active.

With the brush tool selected, you can check and set the Correction level in the toolbar (1). The higher the number, the stronger the degree of correction. However, when the number is set high, this may slow down your drawing speed.

I finally got around to uploading some of the brushes I've made for download! I used several of these for my dracula busts so if you liked that style consider checking them out. They're free and work for Medibang and FireAlpaca, probably others but Medibang's the only one I have any familiarity with lol.

So I've been using Medibang for a while and I'm already pretty accustomed to using it. I'm aware of Medibang's Brush selection in Cloud, the option to adjust existing brush formats by creating a new brush as well as adding Bitmap/Script brushes; but I'm curious if there's a way to get some of Sai's more textured brushes in Medibang.

I recently found this, which is a "Brush pack" that allows you to customize and create Sai brush tips
deviantart.com SAI Brush Tip EmulatorSome "starter" brushes I made for ppl who wanna try to approach art in MBP/FA coming from Paint Tool SAI- I've used SAI a teeny bit, and it's nice- but I still don't prefer it that much compared to...

What I think may be helpful is some pointers from SAI users as to what the image files for the brushes looks like in that software? I'm not really familiar with Paint Tool Sai so any info might be of help?

Well this tutorial is for people who struggle in making background details well i made this brush to add to a dinner table for a comic illustration and for that I don't need to make everything from scratch .

Everyone I know has cited this program as a great photoshop replacement and even have boasted it as superior. And I REALLY want to like this program but based on the user experience I have had so far with its brushed in the trial, I would not buy nor recommend this program. The pressure is absolutely awful, and I can't blend anything. Also, importing the brushes I have from photoshop just simply don' twork. NO settings translate over. And even when I kind of get the settings similar, the programs brush engine itself just doesn't allow me to properly use them. I can set the flow all the way to 2 and the brushes are still too hard. Its just not a good user experience. I have used several art programs such as photoshop, clip studio paint, Krtia, paint tool sai, medibang paint, sketchbook pro, ect. And out of all these programs I have used, Affinity photo by far has the worst brushes I have ever used. I have attached a photo of me having tried to blend, and it took me a minute in PS to get a semi okay blend, and in affinty spending 10 minutes, I could not get brushes to blend at all.

But the reason of that is because Affinity Photo was not developed for painting purpose just as well as Photoshop, although Adobe have been getting feedback from users (artists/illustrators etc.) for many years and they decided to work on those features that give artists a better painting experience.

In my opinion Affinity is on its way towards developing those features but there must be a lot of users using the software for painting. For now AF is mostly about manipulations with photos and images. That's why I dropped trying to paint in Affinity and now my main painting software is Clip Studio Paint.

The brush engine is the most important part of digital painting software, and this is a weak spot of Affinity Photo for now, that's why I use it for editing my art after it's done in CSP. Actually I love both, CSP and Affinity. Just that each of them has its own cool features.
