I think there are.
but personally I never attend in a weekly basis by not living in the city.
The lead person(active member?) is doing Meshtastic in the recent days.

Hi! Thanks for the reply. 
I'm currently in Czechia, but I will definitely check it out when I go back to Taiwan. 
I came across a hacker space in Prague and they told me that there is something like this in pretty much every country. 
Thought I would try my luck! :D
