More on the Google Group vs Facebook (important!)

Hi again,

              Sorry if I didn't make it very clear last time, but the Facebook group is a GROUP page, and once you've signed on to the group you'll receive emails into your account whenever anything is put on there: there's no need to check the Facebook page or go into Facebook at all.

   In the interests of keeping the group together in one place I'd prefer if everyone that has a Facebook account or has no objection to starting one sign on there (https://www.facebook.com/groups/Taipeihikers/). Those that really DON'T want to be on Facebook are still welcome to sign onto the new Google Group, but I don't want to split the group into two equal halves, as looks like happening at this rate....
