Off on my travels for eight weeks, but...

Hi all,

         Just a quick note, because it's late and I still have lots to do before I fly off on Thursday to the Ukraine (!!). I'll be back mid August, but meanwhile I'm handing over the reins to Grant, who has graciously agreed to take over and organise a hike or two while I'm away. Grant's a sensible guy, one of the most regular hikers in the group, and many of you who have been with us in the last two years will have probably already met him. He's also an Eagle Scout, so I'm sure he'll make a great hike leader, and keep you lot in shape! I know I don't need to say this, but please give him the same support and help you've always given me, and if you're interested in helping out or even leading a hike one weekend, please feel free: contact me or him and we'll get you sorted.
