office space

Hi Ondra and Pavol,

My cousin told me about an office space that is currently available.

It is:

location: less than 5 minute walk from ZhongXiao - FuXing station, behind the big green Sogo

size: ~33 pin

cost: ~20,000 NT / month

facility: basement (so probably no windows), bathroom, but no kitchen (can probably be fixed with $$)

Advantages: So it is relatively cheap and is central location.

Disadvantages: basement and no kitchen

This is a place to consider. Let me know if you guys want to take a look.

Hello,

that's quite big for that money! I do not know if it is big enough to accomodate us. I would like to know how many of us are interested in coworking before we start hunting for some place. Let's give it another two weeks. What do you think?

Hi Ondra,

Yes I was a little concerned that the space may not be big enough, but at the same time it is a little less risky if we had less people working there.

I don't think it is a hurry. they have not been able to rent the place out for a long time. probably because it is a basement.
