2.3.4 vs 4.1.1 Stability

What version of TaintDroid have people found to be more stable? I am currently running TaintDroid 4.1.1 on the Nexus S. gapps and talk frequently crash. It is also not uncommon for the System UI to crash. I have done multiple builds.

What phone pair + taintdroid version have people found to work well?
