Flying Jatt Movie Online Watch

SoI just watched a Movie, a superhero movie, a Bollywood superhero movie. Bollywood had a bad record of superhero movies. It's not that the comics hero were bad, I remember few gems like Doga, Super Commando Dhruva, and Nagaraj. While the TV series has enjoyed the likes of Shaktimaan and although not a superhero genre I am putting Captain Vyom on this list. But the Movies god, they are suffering from their own complex.

So I started the movie but noticed the Audio quality was not good so I asked my friend to help me with a good print. And All I want to say @vishalsingh4997 that I had to explain him a full 15minutes why I wanted that print. I did that mate.

Finally, a decent online watch and It started just like any other Bollywood movie. With an anti-smoking campaign. Ever since I stopped smoking I really get anxious watching that Ad, Thinking I used to do that disgusting thing.

Anyway so the opening credit rolled and I am being honest that was that one was creative and so beautifully done that I almost missed noticing Kay-kay Menon's name on the credits. The credit roll was a sketch or more like after effect done right.

The movie does the best by putting his best foot forward, The opening scene is Kay-Kay Menon being a villain and that also very good one at that. Who wanted to acquire the land to build a bridge by getting rid of a magical tree (Don't say a word) which is owned by a drunk lady who happens to the protagonist's mother and she is drunk because of Punjabi stereotype.

After that, we had the intro of the problems. PROBLEM NUMBER 1 was practicing the martial art from where he left in Baaghi. And Yes, I am referring to Tiger Shroff. I am telling you the truth after the events of Baaghi he went on to become a martial art trainer or teacher at nowhere to keep a low profile and the same can be said about his acting. And this is all a marvel universe kind of thing, Only these are bad movies aiming for worst. Don't believe me, Watch out for the cameo of Sia from Baaghi and she has changed her name and taken up a new identity as Shraddha Kapoor.

Since it has been more than 15mins without any dance number in Bollywood movie, Insert one Punjabi song and the script sees this as an opportunity to insert the PROBLEM NUMBER 2, Jacqueline Fernandez. She is there to be our hero's love interest. She is so badly written that we don't even who she is, we know she is pretty and has a name Kriti I guess and she can utter Hindi words.I don't really know whether she was provided with the script or may be instructed to be on the screen and look pretty. Her character was a complete waste.

25mintues later, Just when I thought I get the tone. Enters the PROBLEM NUMBER 3, Nathan Jones playing his WWE days. The intro of this character was so over the top that I had to take a break from the movie. He was there as a hired goon, later plays the main villain. This is a casting fail from my perspective, as there was little to no interaction between the protagonist and the antagonist. The Hero speaks Hindi and the Villains speaks grunting and growling. Now Imagine Batman saying something to Joker and all Joker does is growling and grunting. And the giant may look like a good superhero villain but its the intellect and planning and the attitude. Here, our villain is just rehearsing his fu***ng WWE lines and sometime slur hindi words (Who has suggested all this non-sense?).

Anyway leaving that aside, 30mins in the Giant goes after the magical tree and tiger jumps in trying to save and they both get hits by lighting bolt. THE END, Trust me that could have been a better movie, than this. Because from heron out its a completely different film. Unfortunatly both of them survives and get superpowers. And here again the script gets lousy I mean superpower should be defined like there should be somthing, specific. Here our hero turned into superman with healing factor and can learn music by touching books and can doing awkwardly sex stuff like seducting others using sunny leone (I really hated it when they reference her in this movie) and our villain turned out to be pollution junkie. Yes, Nathan Jones gets power by consuming pollution and garbage. He is the "Raaka - The Garbage Monger"

For any superhero the origin is important and how he learns about his power, embraces it. You know the mentor stuff, No matter how many times you have heard the "great power, great responisbility" stuff its always acceptable. How he comes to in terms with the power learning the adapting to them. Those are the best part, here these all gets butchered and for what? Some few minutes comic relief of costume dress up. No worries let the hero do some awesome stuff like saving people and winning peoples love, before he takes down the big bad. No, We get green screen effect for flying and him dumping garbage over Kay-kay's house. Directly goes and fight the pollution junkie and after giving him a beat down he let him go, Why? Superhero stuff.

(Arrrgggh) Even just recalling the movies seqence makes me angry.

So after wasting almost 60mins of our time the director thought that Its too dark. So asked the hero go after the love interest, and waste another 30mins of our time singing and dancing around the gardens.

In final few minutes, The movie becomes aware of the envinomental problems that we are facing and start hammering the plant tree and save planet. Hero fights the big guys, Big guys is too powerful, hero find the inner spirit and overpowers the bad guy.

This is a bad movie, there is no doubt in that. But it could have been way better than what it is. There is almost no effort from any of the actor except Kay-kay Menon. He is in his own world and plays beautiful the first few scene as the villain and later I think he gave up. In my personal opinion it would have been a good story if it was just kay-kay vs Tiger. Drop the big guy and let the key-kay be the lex luthor to our flying jatt. I enjoyed the animated flashback for the animation only not the commentary.

PS - This is my personal view on the Movie "A Flying Jatt", And it is to be taken lightly. All the comments that I made was on the performance of these actors and not the actor themselves. Do not treat my word of a word of an expert. Trust me I am no expert
