Hon’ble Members of the Governing Council,
I personally agree with the views of Shri R L Kapoor Jee.
I understand from learned Senior Advocate representing me that the Central Office of TAI can’t pay the Fees of the Advocate (s) engaged by all Defendants on behalf of all defendants. The Professional Fee of the Advocate (s) is to be paid by individual defendant. In case, the Central Office of TAI chooses to pay the fees on all defendants, it may be treated as ‘misappropriation of the funds of the association’.
Regards
Sudhish Aggarwala

President, TAI – Delhi

Mr Parekh,
TAI is solely responsible for all this sordid legal bout.It is condemnable in strongest words because only your motivated and partial decisions is the sole cause of all this murky legal tangle.
You are all out to damage the image of TAI in the days to come so much that no sponsors would give any money even if TAI will go to them with a begging bowl.
Your whims and fancies have already caused an irreparable damage to the TAI's image by indulging in futile and avoidable litigation.
I will appreciate if the legal cost is borne by the officials of TAI and not TAI,as TAI does not generate any revenue of its own.Even now, good sense should prevail and arrest the damage already done by the people at the helm of affairs in TAI.
Remember,it is always easy to destroy than create.
