Dear Sir
We refer to your discussions had with our Mr. Jayakumar today and subsequent teleconference had with me, I would like inform you that, we are planning to hoist Foundation Day seminar and panel discussions on 19 or 20 May 2017. Our south India unit is established in the year 1950 on May 14, we used to celebrate the foundation day every year during May II week.
We are having around 1500 members registered in our unit, across south India, around 100 to 125 members will be attending the meeting. We may request you to sponsor for the seminar, its cost around Rs. 25, 000-00 including hall rent, dinner and other necessities. We used to print 1500 invitations and circulate all members and you may invite your important customers to the seminar.
