Dear All,

This is a wrong interpretation of respected Shri Haresh Parekh that Shri Suddhish Agarwal, President of Delhi Unit, his matter with Civil Judge was dismissed on 16th January”.

Kindly note that neither Shri Sudhish Aggarwala has been dismissed nor his matter with the Civil Judge.

This is for information of all pl.

I am also of the opinion that the Central Office of TAI should forward my this mail to all other Hon’ble Members of the Governing Council. The employees in the Central Office of TAI are not personal employees of any individual Office Bearer.

Regards

Dear National President - TAI ( Central Office)

I am not surprised to receive below mail of yours  in reaction to mail of  Sh. R.L. Kapoor ji addressed to Mr. Parekh. I feel,  it was the easiest mail for you  to  reply as may be you & your team do not have any answer or reply for other points raised in various mail. Request to please do not say as usual that all other points  will be discussed in the G C meeting. I am more experience than you atleast in TAI and I know the constituent of governing councill & status of majority of GC members and their purpose to remain GC members for life time.

Further, I feel  pitty about the status of Hon. Secretary & other office bearers as they do not have their any own standing. It has been seen on various occasion. They are just working like office boy and writing or doing what they are being asked. In lieu, they are satisfied  with claim of taxi expenses for coming to office  plus complimantry snacks etc. So, I think they should not be blamed.

I know respected Sh. R.L. Kapoor ji and his association & contribution to TAI. Someone like Mr. Kapoor is  really pained when he see the association, which is made by  respected Seniors members in 1939,  is being ruined by bunch of people for their personnel interest. So they have every right to point out and write to avoid damage to TAI being senior members.  Their words of advice should be taken in true spirit.

Further, I think you may not have any right to teach office like language and ethic to person like Sh. R. L. Kappor.  I am still of the opinion first you look into your self and decide whether you have become the National President ethically & leggaly. If you would have any moral, you should have resign by now.

According to me back ground for not resinging may be as under :
  • Mr. D. R. Mehta was enjoying as President along with his team of  NTC Mr. Sanghavi, Mr. Patil, Mr. Zope ......... ( All office bearers and signing authority for issuing cheque)
  • He got elected President  anyhow for second terms.
  • As, it was not possible for him to continue after second terms so he and his team thought how to get extension to  keep continueing enjoying free enjoyment on the cost of TAI.
  • They extended their terms in between to 4 years. It was like during 20 -20 over cricket match,  when  host team was loosing they decided to incease the match to 50 -50 over.
  • Thanks to some members, who stoped them legally and thrown out.
  • But they did not want to leave free of cost enjoyment so you were put as puppet President for first term as constituent of GC is like that any one can be made President by offering drinks to some king maker.
  • When you saw, this is good association to enjoy  and get popularity,  as Industry is giving money on the past glory of the association, you become President for second term by illegal way, which every one knows you are illegal President.
So my request is before teaching  ethic to anyone first learn yourself. I was asked by various senior members not to expose such happening outside TAI  to avoid image of  TAI. I think time is not far, when activities of TAI will be exposed in Industry on whose sponsorship bunch of people like you  are enjoying  & damaging the glory of TAI..

Once again request to all , who are concerns with TAI to please come forward to clean the garbage which is accumulated in TAI Central office.

Best Regards

Dear Shri Kapoorji,

I refer to your mail address to Mr. H. B. Parekh, Hon. Gen. Secretary and copy to many people.

I would like to recall in discussion held in one of the GC meeting last year, where it was decided to maintain business like language in our correspondence to all.

The matter is now in the court, therefore we are restricting ourselves from our comments on various correspondence being generated by Hon. Members and GC members.

I am sure you will appreciate this.

With warm regards and best wishes,

You are all out to damage the image of TAI in the days to come so much that no sponsors  would give any money even if TAI will  go to them with a begging bowl.

Your whims and fancies have already caused an irreparable damage to the TAI's image by indulging in futile and avoidable litigation.

I will appreciate if the legal cost is borne by the officials of TAI and not TAI,as TAI does not generate any revenue of its own.Even now, good sense should prevail and arrest the damage already done by the people at the helm of affairs in TAI.

Remember,it is always easy to destroy than create.

My dear GC Members and others,

Now on,the sincere effort of every well intentioned member should be to explore ways to eliminate the rot already set in by the present team of TAI.It is so apparent now as to how they made a sort of caucus and exploited the TAI to the advantage of few by resorting to all sorts of menial and illegal methods.

Since TAI is not a business entity and has always survived on the funds sponsored by the textile industry and its associates, purely for the purpose of diffusion of latest trends in textiles by holding seminars from time to time. That way,TAI was always a sort of custodian of precious funds and was not expected to flounder money mindlessly for personal aggrandisement.

When those who have held top positions in TAI in the past and have full knowledge of the affairs and are openly challenging some of the expenses incurred illegally by the present team of TAI on themselves, then,in all fairness, complete details of such expenses must be made public to establish the bonafides,as early as possible. There is no smoke without a fire.

In essence,we all well wishers of TAI must get over our personal affiliations and urgently do whatever is at our command to set the house in order.Ways and means be evolved at the earliest to end the indefinite continuity of some in TAI,to restore its image.

Trust,in the next GC meeting, all those concerned against the unwarranted  and mindless reaction of TAI to the legal notice of President,TAI-Delhi will make frank and fearless positive contribution to arrest the damage already caused to the image of TAI.

  Wish you all the best.

Sincerely,

R L Kapoor
