Backlog only shows 30 user stories on taiga.io

Hello,

in the taiga.io web frontend only 30 of our user stories are shown in the backlog view.  There are currenly 51 user stories but only the first thirty are displayed.  I tried with Firefox and Chrome browsers.

Is there a setting to change this behaviour or an other way to fix it?

What url has your browser? Maybe there is some filter applied.

Hi David,

the url is https://tree.taiga.io/project/maximilian_singh-pickwerk-gmbh/backlog so I don't think there is any filter applied.

If I apply a filter and limit the user stories (e.g. by selecting only one epic) it is also possible to see the user stories "hidden" before.  But it does not display all user stories if there is no filter.

I can see 49 user stories in the backlog, try to scroll down, the stories load when you reach the end. Another test can be to use the browser in incognito mode, sometimes the browser cache may be the cause. If none of this works, write to sup...@taiga.io, the support email for the Taiga SaaS instance.

Thank you for your help, David. Unfortunately, I cannot make it work. I've tried several devices  and also scrolled down to the end of the page but I always get the same result. I will try to contact support as suggested.
