I do not know how to enable voting in taiga.io

There seems to be the possiblity to vote on issues and user stories but I do know how to do this. Can anybody help me with this?

It's a feature that must be active by default for logged users, for example if you access to https://tree.taiga.io/project/taiga/us/3386 you should see a button for upvoting:

Is this still possible?  The previous message was written in 2016, however if I go to a feature request such as https://tree.taiga.io/project/taiga/issue/4825, I don't see any upvote button.
