Button "Invite" not working ,

Hi All,

I do  some test locally when setting up email config inside docker-compose.yml file.

I've noticed that when I uncomment this variable "EMAIL_BACKEND: ‘django.core.mail.backends.smtp.EmailBackend’" button Invite is not working u can see the logs on console. 

But when I was commented this variable :

#EMAIL_BACKEND: ‘django.core.mail.backends.smtp.EmailBackend

it's working fine. 

It's a bug ?
