CSV data import into Taiga.io ? Is it soup yet? What is the procedure for doing this in 2021?

Hi Folks, 

I need to import data directly from CSV files.  I see this essential functional requirement was requested in 2017 (4 years ago?) 

I cannot pass my requirements data through some other system like GitLab, Trello, or some other tool.

What is the procedure for direct CSV import in 2021?   

I really need step-by-step details, example code, and a import template because I am in a time crunch to show value with Taiga (or else IT will push to adopt the same Kanban functionality into SharePoint/Teams DevOps.)  

If absolutely necessary, I could write a Python-based importer, but the database API must be complete with some example module or package for importing into the database from Pandas dataframes or JSON or CSV.
