Any way to create user without using email on the self hosted Taiga

Hello, I just created a Taiga instance in my closed network environment. In this environment, developers don't have email accounts. Therefore, I cannot add or create Taiga user since it requires an email address during user registration. Are there any way to create user without email address?

I figured out how to do this. I had to login to django admin, http://localhost:8000/admin/ using admin/123123 and added user from the admin screen. Then I used the newly created user to login to Taiga.

My successful scenario is as follows:

1. Sign up a new user (bottom link at the login form)

2. Add new member to project by enter the email you fill the form at step #1

You may also need enable public registration by edit  settings/local.py (PUBLIC_REGISTER_ENABLED = True)

My taiga backend api version is v-1589301622195.
