Regarding taigo setup

Hello Team,

I was using taiga before. but now I have setup on new system a fresh taiga.

but issue is that I am not able to create new user in any project and my email also not working please help.

I installed from sources and have the same issue, cant add any user into project. Double checked all the configs ...nothing.
after that installed version from docker it looks like dead from the begining.    2021-05-26.png
