blocked items, eg. tasks?

Hi,

today, I played with blocked tasks for the first time, because this
seems to be the only way to express dependencies. After completing a
task, I would have expected that all other tasks, which are only blocked
by this task, would automatically become unblocked. But this does not
seem to be the case?

Furthermore, in the overview, there is no indication what item is
blocked by which other item, making the handling quite slow and
cumbersome.

It would be great if you could improve this functionality in your next
release.
