Bitbucket Webhook Payload Not including Commit Message

I setup integration between our taiga instance and bitbucket server. THe integration now works (after I updated the IP address correctly), but when Bitbucket is sending the payload upon a commit, it is not including the commit message. So, I get a response code of 204 from Taiga with no body. And, it does not update the Issue state (as expected).
