Facility security precautions are extremely important in a shelter both to provide protection and to support women to feel safe, allowing them time to reflect on their circumstances, overcome the effects of abuse and plan for the future. If women do not trust that they will be protected by a shelter or feel safe once inside the space, they are likely to avoid seeking support or leave the site. Where they have no other options, this may force them to return to the abusive environment, placing them at even greater risk for further harm.
While the battle was continuing however, the EDF had managed to track down Mothership 11 on earth. The nuclear attack on the moon in EDF 8 had forced the Martians to keep moving the Mothership in earth's atmosphere, the only place the EDF wouldn't nuke. Storm 1 had managed to find it, however it immediately made its escape while abandoning its garrison. This happened several times until Mothership 11's garrison was instantly destroyed by a squad of requiem cannons, forcing it to turn itself into the Egg Shaped Ship. However, when it was destroyed, it was revealed that The Nameless wasn't aboard the ship. This time around, the Martians still continued their assault on humanity, albeit disorganized. Luckily, The Professor had already taken control of the EDF and begun mass producing even more advanced weapons for the next 3 years. This in turn allowed them to force the Martians back.
So to counter this, he nukes mars and makes the environment so desolate that nothing could ever evolve on the planet. However, since the Primers were instrumental in the development of humanity, humanity could never kill the Primers before they were born as it would cause a time paradox. After as such, space itself begins to warp and every EDF and Primer creature still on earth gets pulled to the same location as if the laws of time and space decree that the matter is to be settled here. The fight continues on and Storm 1 manages to destroy the head of the snake, revealing the head of The Nameless. The fight continues on and Storm 1 is victorious over The Nameless. After the victory of which, the Communication's Officer confesses her feelings for Storm 1.
