Eachof these invitations is around 8 x 11 inches, which makes them a good size for guests to post on their refrigerators as a friendly reminder of the upcoming event. Simply tri-fold each invitation and seal it in a business-size envelope.
There are a few other awesome sources that offer free printable invitations for this party theme. They all follow a similar paint splat design that's common for the activity, but each has a few unique design elements that make it worth checking out.
Your fun invitations should include everything that your invitees will need to know ahead of time, so they're fully ready for the action. Print directions to the party, and include a list of paintball safety rules to enclose in your invitations.
If your party will be held at a commercial venue that requires permission slips for participants, ensure those copies of any paperwork or waivers that may be required by the managers. Including all of this extra info with your invitations gets it out of the way ahead of time so you can get the paint-splashed party started!
It is actually a wonderful choice of party because unless you have an obstacle course backyard and a selection of paintball guns, then you will need to host this party at a Paintball venue. And yes, that means, for you the parent, a clean home for you to go back to afterwards!
I hosted this party on my own as my husband was away on business and even then, it was still so easy. I also asked parents to please drop and go so that I could minimize the amount of catering I needed to transport along with my 3 kids!
For decor we added jars of actual paintballs to the table! This worked well for a photoshoot but obviously if you have kids around, they could easily mistake these for candy, so eeeek, health and safety alert! Rather just seal the jars with tape if you need to or alternately, add green or yellow or whatever round shaped candy you can find to the jars! This is definitely your safest bet!
