Deployment for Windows

Just a quick note that I have purchased a copy of "Excelsior Jet": http://www.excelsiorjet.com/

It's a way to compile Java into native apps, making them much easier to deploy to the desktop.  I've got both the Windows and Linux versions.

Once Tahrir is ready for an initial release this should allow us to produce an easily installable version of it for Windows, without requiring that people install the Java Runtime Environment first.
