New language versions: italian and hungarian

to Tagzania

Quite a silent summer... both in this list and at our blog at Tagzania.
The folks behind have been busy with other things, but we haven't
forgotten this tool. Most important, you users haven't forgotten it and
have been adding places, pasting maps in blogs, and else.

Some users have submitted language versions as well. Two of them are
now live at the site:
Hungarian - http://www.tagzania.com/hu
and Italian - http://www.tagzania.com/it

Stefan Braun (Blue.cube) and Lorenzo Brusattin have been the
contributors.

Greek version is coming. And we hope to develop new features and tools
over the following weeks. Thanks to all.
