Tagxedo doesn't work at all

I've been trying to use Tagxedo with my computer students, but cannot get anything to come up. We use Mac OS X and either Safari or Firefox as our browsers. Neither works. Can you help us?

Are you installing Silverlight for the first time? If so you need a
reboot even though Mac didn't ask you for it. If your Mac is based on
PowerPC then it won't work.

I don't undersand what you mean by PowerPC for a Mac.  Do you mean if you Mac has an intel based processor??

Older Macs (usually 3+ years old or more) are made with Motorola
PowerPC CPUs. Tagxedo won't work. These Macs account for ~5% of
existing Macs.

Newer Macs are made with Intel CPUs. Tagxedo will work. These Macs
account for ~95% of existing Macs.
