I have upgraded TagSLAM to use GTSAM 4.0.2 (the GTSAM version so tagged in the gtsam git repo).

This also required upgrading the PPA.

If you hit problems during compile, make sure you remove the old version of gtsam, and install the new one. See instructions in the root repository.
