Last School Board Meeting Before School's Out, Thursday, May 29 @ 4:00

Outraged about the ongoing racism that is pervasive in our Philly schools? Upset about more potential school closings and budget cuts on the horizon? Concerned by the lack of training regarding Islamophobia and anti-Arab/anti-Palestinian discrimination in our schools? Infuriated by the contents of a federal lawsuit alleging discrimination of teacher Keziah Ridgeway and students at Northeast High?
Uplift the voices of Philly School district students speaking out about these issues and more this May 29th for the last school board meeting of the year. Bring your friends, neighbors and families to bear witness to community concerns.
The Teacher Action Group Summer Reading Series is back! The series offers an opportunity to build community while reading about issues you care about in small groups. Groups meet on average 2-4 times over the course of the summer. Everyone is invited to join -- not just educators!
In solidarity,
