The TAG conference is an opportunity for educators to build our community, to share and learn from each other's justice-oriented work, and to deepen our capacity for organizing. In this moment of converging political crises, we know we need all hands on deck to organize to defend public schools in Philadelphia, and justice for young people and their families in their schools and communities!
Who is the conference for? Education for Liberation is for educators and allies -- families, students, community members -- who are invested in and care about the conditions of our school system and the rights and liberation of everyone inside it!

It's the time of year to start thinking about what we want to read with others this summer to strengthen our liberatory pedagogies and grow our organizing power. The Summer Reading Series gives educators, parents, and community members an opportunity to meet throughout the city to talk about books, education, and social justice.
