Just a quick note to let everyone know about the camping in case there was any confusion. Terra Coniglia (aka Bunny land) has made room for us within their encampment in the Outlands. So we will loosely be part of their group, and they encourage us to be social and join them at their fire, etc. as it suits us. Of course the plan is for us Tag Sterne folks to all be grouped together, and Ryan and I will be bringing his fire pit. These guys are really nice folks, so hopefully this works out.

Friday nights dinner plan changed slightly. Avram is already feeding a bunch of folks during the week, and has limited space (as do we all) so I am cooking up lasagna (right now in fact) that I'll vacuum seal and heat for Friday's dinner. Also have rolls and a lovely cheese tray. I will be bringing enough to feed everyone in our house friday night, (cuz there's just not that many of us this year) and we can finish off the leftovers on Saturday. Again, hopefully that works out well also.

Everyone caravanning up, I'll see you guys at 10:30am friday morning at Ryan's house. Clint, we'll see you there!

Btw, the forecast I checked today says rain on Thursday, and Sunday with just clouds on Friday and Sat. We may luck out yet. We'll find out!

Howdy all! Well it looks like I will be able to make it Saturday night
after all! Is there any way you might save room for a wee pup tent?
Looking foreward to seeing you all really drunk again!

Simon,

I have a bigger tent you can borrow if you want... and there is room...

*Insert flashback of poor little me gasping for breath, nearly suffocating to death in a tiny orange tent as the rain pummeled it... *

:)

Thanks, but I don't think that will be necessary. Not for one night at
least. Btw, cate will be joining me, so a wee tent might benifit us! ;)

Gasp! I can't believe you don't remember me Brian... I am hurt...
lol...

But then again I haven't seen you in years so... I hung out with
Simon, Dave and Mark all the time in the early 90s...

Yeah that still doesn't ring any bells.

Lillyanna = Sabrina. Mark was using his SCA name here so I thought I
would as well.

Don't make any lasagna for me Dawn as I'm afraid I have to beg off. My new job has me too buried.

I will pray to the gods that the weather is good for you though. Maybe I'll even sacrifice a chicken.

Perhaps we could read the remains of the lasagna to see if it is going to rain! Hey, what ever happened to our "ninja pirates"? Domo-arrrgggggg!

Well, I think it's finally decided that we will bring kebobs for the feast.  Not necessarily period European cuisine, but those of us who went a-viking knew many lands and many people.

Angus: Does your firepit have a grill by any chance?  Mine does, but I hate to bring out a second pit for the small camp we have...

Ron:  You gonna eat that sacrificial chicken?  I'll gladly skewer it for kebabs!!

Not a problem... I will just bring the grill that I have and some 14g wire and make it work
