The kingdom camp map was posted last week - http://www.estrellawar.org/PlacesToKnow/EventMaps.aspx
Looks like Outlands is in the same area as last year (close to merchant's row & the showers!)
Also, Estrella War's FB page announced that they have extended on-line pre-registration until Jan 31. The land allocation is all done with, but it'll still save you a couple bucks and alot of time at troll.
