Estrella War Followup

Well, it was a quick one this year since were were there just for the
weekend. And, it was a small one with only seven of us there.
However, it was a good one. The weather could not have been better,
and we all had a good time.

The beer tasting was a huge success, despite having to push though
some nasty hangovers to choke down the first couple of beers. It was
really fun to do, and it looked like everyone was having a good time.

The Outlands were very good to us. We had more space than we could
ever use, and Sir Avram has got to be the nicest person on the
planet. Dawn, give him a big thanks from me for putting us up.

Thanks to everyone who came. It was a very successful year.

Finally, Dawn, welcome to the household!

Sorry I missed it! :(. perhaps we could do a renactment next year for
those of us that missed it! ;) perhaps even a "ninja-pirate"

I missed getting to see you Simon! :( It's been way too long!  It was nice meeting all the people I didn't know and seeing Julie and Dave again...  Julie, you are so fun! :)  It was a lot of fun, even though I missed half of Saturday napping...  And I hardly took any pictures, not like me at all...

It was indeed a good war!!!  It was very much reminiscent of wars many years past, when there were few days to enjoy and a few friends to share them with.  I am glad that Lilly Anna had the opportunity to meet some of the "Newbies" in a small setting :-)  Wish Nathaniel and Grundel could have been there, too.  (I don't know, I might have ended up in the methadone clinic with all of those flashbacks...)

Thanks again Ricka for getting us land somewhere other than Twin Moons!!
