At Estrella???

What are the chances?

just keep repeating to yourself that it is too far out for the weather report to be accurate.

And then, when Estrella gets closer, then just start hoping for light rain, rather than constant, bog-inducing downpours.

If we wanted to resolve the drought in this state, we'd have Estrella *all the time.*

I only remember a couple of Estrellas without rain, and during at least one of the rain-free Estrellas, it was 20 degrees at night.  Clint nearly died!  Of course, Clint nearly died during one of the rainy ones too, so that's kind of a theme also.

I can only remember 3 out of 18 Estrellas that did not feature rain for the ambiance.  The most recent was the Dust Storm from HELL war (XXII, I think)

I'll mark on my calendar the day the weather folks can actually accurately predict the weather without changing their minds 47 times.   As long as it's not raining when we pitch our tents, it will be fine.

In the end, I'm going anyway, so there's no sense in worrying about it too much right?   I'll be sure to bring my rain/mud shoes just in case!

Egg Shen: Yeah, and a wise man has enough sense to get in out of the rain!

I remember one Estrella at Schnepf Farms that it was so warm that none
of us needed our cloaks. I think that the weather was the nicest
it's ever been that year.

Maybe this year it will rain frogs, or there will be an invasion of locust.

Find the royal encampment in the Outlands.   Right next to it is Terra Canigula (not sure if I spelled that right, but you get the idea) aka Bunnyland, which is where we will be.   Sounds like Mark will have the viking tent, so you really shouldn't be able to miss us.
