to Tagcrumbs API

Our work on the iPhone application resulted in several minor changes
to the Tagcrumbs API.

1. Updated Picture to include an URL field with a full version of the
image and a default flag, that shows if the Picture is a placeholder
image
2. Removed popular places endpoint
3. Removed suggestions, instead use /places/search and the new tag
search (/tags)
4. Removed Fanships, everything is now modeled as a Friendship, which
makes things easier and less confusing
5. Added tiny as a new option for ranges
6. Removed the format extension (.xml, .json, …) in the representation
of all resources. Add them manually in your code or use HTTP header
fields
7. Added a tag search endpoint

Major changes will be announced in advance, so that you can adjust
your programs accordingly.
