tag folders on 10.6.3 errors

Hi,
I am also getting errors for latest version (20/04/2010) of Tag
Folders in osx 10.6.3.

"The contents of the application package of this Tag Folder have been
modified, and it cannot be opened. Restore the Smart Folder to the
resource folder, or make a new version of this Tag Folder"

Anyone had success getting it to work?

Please try the latest beta. It should hopefully address the bugs you

I will let you know what I encounter! (I had just begun creating 2 TF heirarchies - one edited to modify the scope of the query - thus updating the Smart Folder, but rendering the Tag Folder useless; and the other a fresh unedited "Tag Folders" generated query - which would tag, but not show Smart Folder contents...

This update is VERY long anticipated! I cant wait to get it running!!!
