Hi folks,
just a couple of tools I've come across in the last week that I thought
you might enjoy playing with over the holidays.

The first, a firefox extension that shows a web page's source code in
colourful, collapsable blocks - a very visual presentation of where
div, span, table, tr and td elements start and finish and a gem for
debugging student pages:

and the second: Camstudio, a screen capture utility that also records
from the microphone and produces a flash file output. Intended for
producing screencasts, I think it's also a beaut'y for usability
testing - record a users exact mouse movements along with a verbal
explination of their thoughts and you've got a much better product than
a video of the event.
