I tried it this morning. I used Folgers classic roast instant coffee crystals as my coffee part and it ended up tasting like really yummy chocolate milk lol! Should I back off on the milk or get a stronger coffee?

I know this is old, but for a Frappuccino version of this you will need to make a creme base with xanthan gum and sugar water or use a white chocolate instant pudding mix so it stays the correct consistency.

Last step was mixing cocoa and boiling water separately and then adding that mixture slowly while constantly stirring so that the eggs in the recipe wouldn't curdle. after baking for 35 minutes i covered the cake and left it in the turned off oven for a while. The best gluten free, dairy free cake I've ever made or had! I used Namaste Gluten free flour, Chiobani zero sugar oat milk, real eggs, all of the boiling water, and baked it in a 9x13 pan for 30 minutes. People didn't believe me when I said it was gluten and dairy free. It's like the regular flour cakes I remember from 14 years ago! Ive made 3 attempts at aquafaba mousse and every time I have issues. Ive used both cold and room temp water, whipped a full 10 minutes, and the aquafaba always deflates terribly despite my ginger folding method. Worse, each time the melted chocolate immediately siezes into an unsuable hard clump! What am I doing wrong? Any thoughts are appreciated.JennJ
